Equipment pre-sale service assurance & support
● Reply customer's inquiry within 24 hours
● Company provide customers guidance for equipment selection.
● Provide customers preliminary design information including master manufacturing workshop and auxiliary workshop.
● Material commissioning is permitted to satisfy customer production process requirements.
● Assist customers with optimal solution in project development and implementation.
● Perform product process inspection or provide new product process test and technical support.

Equipment quality assurance &support
● Strict compliance with ISO9001 quality management sysetem standard in production.
● Promise to provide high quality products to ensure the perfect quality
● Test and inspection on equipment material,linkage,assembly,process,integrity and fuction in production to be in accordance with customer design drawings.
● Simulation and material trial run before equipment warehouse-out to assure good performances.

Equipment after-sale service assurance & support
● Response to after-sales service is given within 24 hours.
● Provide site training and remote (CD) training.
● Responsible for quality of all company equipment (including outsouring products).
● In the process of using the equipment, repair or replace the unqualified products or accessories in time to achieve customer satisfaction.
